Refund policy

Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk, property of and title to the goods shall remain with TraffiSafe LLC until payment has been received for the full price of all goods and/or services supplied by TraffiSafe LLC to the buyer under any contract whatsoever. Payment of the full price shall include, without limitation, the amount of any interest or other sum payable under the terms of any contracts between TraffiSafe LLC and the buyer. Any queries or discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of dispatch date otherwise claims cannot be accepted. Non-Delivery must be notified in email  within 5 days of receipt of invoice.

All returns must be agreed with TraffiSafe LLC. There are several criteria that affect the likelihood of a return being agreed.

  • Only gloves that in our current product range can be returned
  • We can only accept full packs of per size, packed in original packaging and in resaleable condition
  • Traffi mistake (order processing/ picking error) Traffi is responsible for arranging for the goods to be returned
  • Customer mistake/ change of mind, the customer is responsible for arranging for the goods to be returned
  • A Return Authorisation must accompany all goods returned otherwise they will be refused
